Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 40 days from your purchase date to initiate a return or exchange. After 40 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • In their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We Accept Returns or Exchanges Under These Conditions:

  1. Item Not as Described (e.g., wrong color, size, style, or poor quality):

    • Provide proof (like a photo) that the item is incorrect or faulty.

    • We’ll send you a free replacement immediately.

    • As an apology, you get to keep the original item.

  2. You Want to Exchange for a Different Size, Design, or Color (if we sent the correct item):

    • This applies only to products under $100.

    • You don’t need to return the original item.

    • Contact us at [email protected] to tell us what you’d like to exchange.

    • We’ll create a new order and send you an invoice for a small handling and shipping fee:

      • Products under $20: $5 fee

      • Products from $20 to $50: $10 fee

      • Products from $50 to $100: $20 fee

    • Once you pay this fee, we’ll send your new item.

  3. You Received a Damaged or Faulty Item:

    • No need to return the item; you can keep it.

    • Contact us at [email protected] and attach a photo of the damaged item.

    • If the damage is clear, we’ll send you a new item 100% free of charge with top priority.


We Do NOT Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

  • You simply changed your mind. As we print items specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for this reason.

  • The item has been worn or washed.

  • The item has been altered in any way.

  • The item is missing its original tags.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it might take time to post.

  3. Contact your bank; there’s often processing time.

  4. If you’ve done all this and still no refund, please email us at [email protected].


Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges for Defective/Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] for assistance with the process.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit equal to the return value once we receive the item.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift (or the giver received it first), we’ll refund the gift giver directly.


Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

  • The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
